Do not go here in the evening, last three times they have either messed up our order or service was very slow. Last night we decided we will not be going back until things change. We waited over 20 minutes, they came out twice both times someone else’s order. When we finally got it, everything was cold.
The service here is always terrible but this time I got quite the surprise. I went through drive through and was given a moldy burger bun. The grey you see on the edges is mold. When trying to get a refund, they were very hesitant, and tried to convince to just remake the burger then only wanted to refund me just the burger amount. I obviously demanded all the money back because why in hell would I want to consume food that may all be contaminated. Do not go here at all, they more than likely will not throw away the moldy fixings.
The customer service is outstanding. They're friendly and helpful. And the food is always cooked perfectly.
